1. Secure Payment
Secure payment by credit card in one installment
Payment by 3DSecure credit card via E-transaction Crédit Agricole. Most credit cards are accepted (CB, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, ...).
Most credit cards have a payment limit, generally around €1500. It is important to contact your bank advisor to raise the payment limit of your card before proceeding with the payment.

Secure payment in 3 installments by credit card
Payment by 3DSecure credit card via E-transaction Crédit Agricole. Your payment will be split into 3 installments. The first payment (34%) will be debited on the day of your order, and the two remaining installments (33%) will be charged 30 and 60 days later.

Secure payment with a PayPal account
If you choose PayPal as your payment method during checkout, you will be redirected to your PayPal account. Simply log in (or create an account) and confirm your payment.

Payment in cash (Euros)
In accordance with the law, cash payment is accepted for part of the payment, up to a maximum of €1000 for a French resident and €15000 for a resident outside France.

Retrieve your invoice
- Log in to your account on our website
- Access your customer account by clicking on the icon in the top right corner of the site
- Click on the "My Documents" submenu on the left
- Click on the blue arrow in the "Download" column next to the desired order
2. Pick-up at COMBEING (CLEPPE)
Pick-up of an order at our premises is free of charge.
Unless there is an exceptional stockout, all our products are in stock, and you can leave with a new kit on the same day of your visit.
You must call us 2-3 days before your visit to schedule an appointment. We will then have time to demonstrate our kit in YOUR vehicle.

3. International delivery to your home
Delivery of 1 kit is free
In mainland France, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Luxembourg, Austria, and the Netherlands. Delivery is handled by the global carrier GEODIS.
In Corsica and certain hard-to-reach or poorly serviced areas, additional charges for delivery of 1 kit may apply. These are calculated by our configurator before order confirmation.
Delivery for additional orders such as accessories (excluding kits) is handled by GLS. Shipping fees are calculated by our configurator before order confirmation, taking into account preparation, packaging, and transport costs.

Delivery is shipped 2 to 3 days after payment receipt.
Allow 3 to 5 additional days for receiving your order. (This extra time is indicative and depends on the carrier, not Combeing).
The order will be shipped to the delivery address specified during your order.

Track your order
- Log in to your account on our website
- Access your customer account by clicking on the icon in the top right corner of the site
- Click on the "Order History and Details" submenu on the left
- Click on the "Details" button next to the desired order
- Finally, click on the "Track my delivery" button
After your order has been shipped, you will also receive a tracking link from the carrier, and a few days before delivery, you will receive the date and time slot which you can modify.
CHECK THE PACKAGE IN THE PRESENCE OF THE DRIVER TO INSPECT THE MERCHANDISE
Our orders are prepared with great care. However, once the order leaves the workshop, we cannot ensure its protection as it is the responsibility of the carrier. 99% of the time, there is no damage, but we encourage you to inspect the condition of the package upon receipt.
Indeed, the consumer is required to check the condition of the packaging upon delivery and report any damages (caused by the carrier) on the delivery slip.
Procedure in case of damage or doubt
Step 1: Write down the damages on the delivery slip and sign it
Be as specific as possible when listing the damaged items, such as:
- "1 large damaged floorboard"
- "1 small scratched floorboard"
- "2 broken boxes"
- ...

If the driver doesn't give you time to inspect but you see traces or fork marks on the box, at least mark "2 damaged boxes" (as a fork mark unfortunately leads to the breakage of 2 boxes due to the fork spacing).
Step 2: Take photos
- Take a photo of the completed delivery slip before handing it back to the driver
- Take photos of the damaged package and the broken items
Step 3: Send photos and explanations to Combeing's customer service
- Send all explanations and include the photos to Combeing's Customer Service
Any claim not made in accordance with the rules above and within the specified deadlines will not be considered, and Combeing will be released from any liability to the consumer.
4. Returns:
To be accepted, any return must be reported in advance to Combeing's Customer Service.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to do so.
Your order will then be fully refunded, except for shipping fees already paid to the carrier.
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product received is not the one you ordered.
