Modular and Customizable Van Conversion Kit

The manufacturing of a conversion kit is part of an eco-friendly approach: suppliers located within 30km (carpentry, foam makers, seamstresses, cardboard manufacturers), wood sourced from France. The assembly of the boxes is done in collaboration with ESATs (Establishments and Services for Assistance through Work), specifically in Feurs, Balbigny, and Montbrison.

The installation of the conversion kit is simple and very fast, taking only 10 to 15 minutes tops. The flooring, modules, mattresses, accessories, and there you go, the complete conversion kit. What do you do when you're not using your kit in your van?

The main solution is to stack the boxes on our storage pallet. The conversion kit takes up little space since it fits on a standard-size pallet (120cm x 80cm), with the height depending on the chosen kit and the number of modules (the height of the kit when you receive the pallet is around 170cm on average).

If this first solution is not possible for you (no storage space), the boxes can be reused. We have selected some photos of customers who purchased a Combeing conversion kit and stored their kit in their home.

This conversion kit can also store books, store wine bottles, make a bed, and probably other solutions that you’ll discover...

The Combeing conversion kit adapts to many vehicle models. In a van with a bench seat, you can keep your bench or rear seat with the conversion kit.

You can also remove your bench to place the conversion kit and then put the bench back when the kit is no longer inside.

The most common vans converted by Combeing are: Citroën Jumpy, Peugeot Expert, and Renault Trafic. These are the most equipped vehicles since the creation of Combeing.

The explanation is quite logical, they are neither too wide, nor too big. What we mean is that the sleeping area is sufficiently wide (131cm x 184cm or 158cm x 184cm). Larger vans (Jumper, Boxer, Ducato) are practical in terms of space inside the van, however, they are more expensive and the inability to park everywhere is a disadvantage.

There is a subjective point, which is budget and the purpose of the conversion. Depending on these factors, your choice may lean towards another vehicle. This is just a suggestion from us based on the conversions we have already done.

Here are all the available facade colors that decorate and personalize the boxes. The facade is colored through the material, with the "raw" finish (on the left in the pictures below) and the "varnish" finish (on the right in the pictures below). The difference between the two is mainly for maintenance, the "raw" finish will stain much more easily than the "varnish" finish, and for cleaning, you’ll need to sand the "raw" facade, whereas a simple sponge will clean the varnished facade.
